It's Iceland (in the white) with Norway (in the black) as angels. Norway has fallen, and Iceland is holding his brothers hair pin, but I'm not gonna tell you why, you have to read the fanfic to find out!
I want to thank Doggirl396 for inspiration, or I would've never figured out how to use a really cool brush tool, and how much I like to draw feathers!!! XD
